    • stable political situation, people are making a good living and are contented. Xiaomi have good condition to make a good sale environment.
    • government support telecommunicaiton industry developing.
    • government publish policy to help private companies growing.

    Economical factors:

    • Gross National Product国民生产总值. Xiaomi adopted online sales strategy made the demand, purchase capacity of consumers, and GNP growing rapidly.
    • CNI人均国民收入: demand and purchase capacity of good impacted by people’s income, people are willing to buy more with increasing income.
    • Per capita disposable income(PCDI)人均可支配收入:it determines consumer whether afford the goods. Cellphone nowadays become the necessary product in our daily life. Xiaomi have advantages of its price and cost performance.

    • Youngs are perfer high performance and low price
