    融资，狭义上是指信贷（金融机构行为）

    预付，是一种商业行为

    国际统一司法协会的《国际保利公约》中是这样写的：

    finance for the supplier, including loans and advance payments（对供应商提供资金融通，包括贷款和预付款）
